food was amazingly delicious!!!! also I dropped my smoothie and spilled it all over and they cleaned it up so kindly. they also made me another! i am forever grateful!!!!

Its a small cafe type, the staff is great they serve different soups, (i like to try different ones) and sandwiches there are different size soups and sandwich. I usually get a 8oz soup and half sandwich its perfect for lunch, plenty of tables to set at and eat, clean

10/10 every time! I live closer to the Bay rd Saginaw location but the service, food & overall experience is astronomically better here. I love the stuffed pepper soup & turkey Swiss sandwich.

3 takeayws: the place is very neat and clean. Service, they have a well trained staff. The food, just excellent! I bought my crew lunch, j had the veggie wrap and tamato bisque, amazing low calorie lunch!

During this time of extremely frigid weather we are having i thought it'd be a great idea to provide soup for my outdoor workers. I called the store 1 day prior and asked if I could place a rather large order to be picked up the next morning. They do not open until 11am but I needed this before 8am so the workers could have it before they started their day. The manager there was so helpful and accommodating!! He told me he could make it happen for us. Not only did he have them ready early in the morning, he placed them in individual paper bags with crackers, spoons, and napkins! This was a huge hit for everyone. I highly recommend this location!!

I had accidentally placed an online order to the Saginaw location. The person working the counter had me show my receipt and told me they'd make it there and it happens all the time. He was very pleasant and they made my food so fast. I love this place!

My husband and I love this place so much. The food is always consistently great and the employees are so happy. I get the lobster bisque and turkey and Swiss with pesto mayo. My husband gets the same however no mayo. He loves chicken pot pie soup. When my kids come to visit from West Virginia, they love it so much, they take food and soup back with them home. We also take food when we visit West Virginia. The restaurant is always clean. The bathroom is clean too. There is a little pickle bar to help yourself to, while you're waiting for your order. All in all, it's a great place for hot soup and an awesome sandwich.

Woah ! First impressions::: this place actually serves food they would eat The food was carefully made as in it wasn't all messy, the broccoli was blended in the soup, the layers of the wrap were perfectly created it was very noticable. Atmosphere is great, large seating area. Clean, not dusty, no trash and guck on tables. Staff was helpful and friendly. This is a place we will definitely be coming back too. Tons of sandwich options and a whole soup table filled with different flavors **Update. I went into this location at with 40 mins until close. All employees were rude. And not helpful. Maybe get employees that want to close. There was still a lot of time for customer service
